Someone you trust stays in the loop
You can add a designated Support Person to your membership—a parent, relative, or another adult you trust. We’ll include them on all correspondence from the Constellations team. They can help you keep track of updates and next steps, and they’re welcome to join your intake conversation. Choosing a Support Person is optional.

North Star is a part of the Constellations Portal for adults with higher support needs and/or anyone who would benefit from more guidance. It has shorter articles, more direct explanations, clearer steps, and concrete examples.
North Star is included in all memberships and covers the same adult topics as the rest of Constellations. Your choices stay yours. We’ll talk with you during your intake conversation about whether it would be helpful, and you can ask us to adjust it later.
