Meet Nate

Nate is 25 and lives in Northern Virginia. He’s a kind, gentle, helpful person with a great sense of humor.

He loves being active. He’s a dedicated kung fu student, takes Zumba classes, and plays golf with Special Olympics. In his downtime, he loves to game. He also has a big heart for helping others and volunteers with several different organizations.

Nate experienced brain damage at birth and has a lifelong learning disability. His short-term memory is significantly affected. As his mom puts it, “Think Dory from Finding Nemo!” He may need reminders or a little extra patience sometimes, but it doesn’t get in the way of his warm personality or enthusiasm for the things and people he cares about. Nate has also had two kidney transplants and has a vulnerable immune system, so staying healthy and being thoughtful about illness and exposure are important parts of his life.

He’s looking for a kind, fun, athletic girlfriend who will appreciate his gentle nature, sense of humor, and active lifestyle.
