Meet our founder and some of the people you’ll get to know.

Kate Inez Harrington
In her work as a neurodivergent-affirming matchmaker and coach, Kate met many adults who wanted more connection but found the usual ways of meeting people rushed, confusing, or alienating. She wanted to create a place where adults like her neurodivergent clients could pursue meaningful connections, with clearer expectations and room to take their time.

Constellations Couples
Andalib & Jessica
Andalib was finished with dating apps. He wanted to meet someone in person, so he came to a Constellations gathering in Bethesda. That’s where he met Jessica. “We just sort of flowed and connected,” he said. Now they’re planning to move in together!
Ralph & Sara
Ralph was tired of dating apps when he joined a Constellations Q&A and heard Sara ask about dating again after a move. He wrote to her in the Zoom chat. Sara’s advice for other members: “Keep focusing on your goals and your life, and someone will fit in.”
I joined Constellations to increase the number of neurodivergent people with whom I interact regularly so I can reduce my tendency towards self-criticism and self-judgment of my neurodivergence.
